To explain the history of this room, one should let the imagination run wild... In fact, for years, one could have entered the room if only he had been able to fly, because the ground had caved in. The renovation took into consideration the idea puting a floor without taking magic away.
Currently, it is the only room with access from inside and outside the house... with no need of wings.
